Anatolii Antipov
About me
I’m a researcher working on quantum error correction and quantum algorithms at the Russian Quantum Center.
My focus here is on taking practical steps to the realization of fault-tolerant quantum computations and making
use of NISQ (Noisy Intermediate-Scale Quantum) devices for realization of various error-correction codes and algorithms.
See descriptions of my publications and early independent research projects in the Research & Software section. At the moment,
my interests are gravitating towards a better understanding of theoretical physics and the processes governing physical systems used in quantum computations.
I got my Bachelor's degree from Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology,
department of Applied Mathematics and Control. Having received extensive training in the fundamental fields of mathematics and physics, I decided to gain an understanding of
the processes governing institutions from the levels of individuals to international organizations’ levels. I entered the program
Master of Arts in Economics
at New Economic School,
a leading Russian university in the field of economics. After graduation I started to apply cutting edge research in statistics and machine learning for risk modeling, pricing, and demand analysis,
until I discovered that I enjoy research a lot and decided to focus on a deeper study of quantum computation at the Russian Quantum Center.
You can find a brief description of my previous work projects in the Work Projects section.
